Subconsultant definition
Subconsultant means any person or entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 50.

Subconsultant means any individual, partnership, corporation, or joint venture to which the Consultant, with the written consent of the Sponsor, subcontracts any part of the professional services under this Agreement but shall not include those entities which supply only materials or supplies to the Consultant.
