Subconsultant definition

Subconsultant means any person or entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 50.
Subconsultant means any entity to which the Consultants subcontract any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of Sub-Clause 3.6;

  • This does not, however, preclude Sub-consultant, or the Consultant's staff from participating as Key Experts and Non-Key Experts in more than one Proposal when circumstances justify and if stated in the Data Sheet.
