Subconsultant definition

Subconsultant means any person or entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 50.

• The Procuring Entity shall be responsible for any damage to such land or any property thereon resulting from such access and shall indemnify the Consultant and each of the Personnel in respect of liability for any such damage, unless such damage is caused by the default or negligence of the Consultant or any Subconsultant or the Personnel of either of them.

• This does not, however, preclude Sub-consultant, or the Consultant's staff from participating as Key Experts and Non-Key Experts in more than one Proposal when circumstances justify and if stated in the Data Sheet.

Subconsultant means a person or firm with whom the Consultant enters into a contract to perform part of the Services.
