Trade Contractor. A Subcontractor who furnishes and installs materials according to the plans and specifications of this Project but does not include one who merely furnishes materials. See 1.1.9.49.
Trade Contractor a subcontractor having a direct contractual relationship with a Contractor or CM at Risk to perform one or more so-called sub-bid classes of work listed in M.G.L. c.149, §44F, and anyl other sub-bid classes of work selected by the Owner for the Project in accordance with the provisions of either M.G.L. 149, §44F(1)(a) or M.G.L. c. 149A, §8(a). WORK – The entire construction required to be furnished under the Construction Contract Documents. Work includes performing and furnishing any and all services, obligations, duties, responsibilities, labor, materials, equipment, temporary facilities, and incidentals necessary to complete the construction assigned to, or undertaken by the Contractor or the CM at Risk pursuant to the Construction Contract Documents.
Trade Contractor. A Subcontractor that is in a direct contractual relationship with CM/GC to perform portions of the Work including the furnishing of materials. Trade Contractor Costs. With regard to Change Order Work (other than CCO Work or Work under the GMP Change Order), defined in Section 4.1.4.3, and with regard to CCO Work or Work under the GMP, defined in Section 4.1.2.
Trade Contractor. A Subcontractor in a direct contractual relationship with the CM/GC, who furnishes and installs materials according to the plans and specifications of this Project but does not include one who merely furnishes materials.
Trade Contractor. Subcontractors under Contract with the CM to perform the work of the trades listed in paragraph
Trade Contractor. A Trade Contractor to Construction Manager performing any part of the Work Construction Manager has undertaken to perform under a Component Change Order or GMP Change Order.
Trade Contractor. The person or entity qualified to perform work under this Contract including a Contractor, Subcontractor, supplier, laborer or materialman that has a direct Contract with the Contractor to perform work in the Project.
Trade Contractor. This term shall mean those contractors having a direct contract with the CM for the performance of the work.
Trade Contractor. Those contractors having a direct contract with the XXXX for the performance of the Work. Within the context of this document, the terms “Trade Contractor” and “Subcontractor” are used interchangeably.
Trade Contractor. A Trade Contractor to the Owner under a Trade Contract awarded by the District for construction of the Project.
