Company Licensed Intellectual Property definition

Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.
Company Licensed Intellectual Property means the Intellectual Property owned by third Persons that is used in or necessary for the operation of the respective businesses of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries as presently conducted.
Company Licensed Intellectual Property means the Intellectual Property, excluding Retained IP, which is licensed to the Companies or their Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Company Licensed Intellectual Property

Company Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property licensed to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries by any third party at the Effective Time, including the Intellectual Property set forth on Section 3.11(c) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
