Company Licensed Intellectual Property definition

Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.
Company Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is licensed to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries by any third party (other than any off-the-shelf software program that is licensed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to a “shrink wrap” license, the fees associated with a single copy of or license to which are less than $5,000 per year).
Company Licensed Intellectual Property means the Intellectual Property owned by third Persons that is used in or necessary for the operation of the respective businesses of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries as presently conducted.
