Company Intellectual Property definition

Company Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Intellectual Property means the Company Owned Intellectual Property and the Company Licensed Intellectual Property.
Company Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
