Supply Licence definition

Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

Supply Licence means a supply licence granted or treated as granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act.

Supply Licence means a licence granted, or treated as granted, pursuant to Section 6(1)(d) of the Act.

Examples of Supply Licence in a sentence

• The term ‘Mandatory FIT Licensee’ has the meaning defined in the Supply Licence.

• As set out in Standard Condition 11B.6 of the Electricity Supply Licence and Standard Condition 11.6 of the Gas Supply Licence.

• EDF Energy is a Mandatory FIT Licensee under Standard Condition 33 of the Supply Licence.

• The Agreement will terminate immediately if our Supply Licence is withdrawn or a last resort supply direction is made in relation to the Supply Points in favour of another supplier in accordance with standard condition 8 of their supply licence.

• You do not need to notify us if you wish to terminate the Agreement after the Earliest Termination Date and switch to another supplier unless Supply Licence conditions SLC14.2 and 14.3 apply, however provision 11.4 continues to apply.

More Definitions of Supply Licence
