Software Use Rights Schedule or “SUR” means the then-current List of Prices and Conditions SAP Software and Support current at the Effective Date of the XXXX Acceptance Form, which includes additional or supplemental terms and conditions under which Software is licensed and which is made available on xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Software License Agreement means the particular Software License Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached and incorporated into by reference.

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.
