XXXX Acceptance Form definition

XXXX Acceptance Form means the “Acceptance Form for End User License Agreement (for SAP On Premise indirect sales)” which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

  • All notices or reports which are required or may be given pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed duly given when delivered to the respective executive offices of SAP and Licensee at the addresses first set forth in the XXXX Acceptance Form.

  • This XXXX, together with the System Blueprint, the SSLA and XXXX Acceptance Form, form the complete agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereto and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings or agreements (whether written or oral) between the parties.

  • In addition to that, XXX enters into a direct contractual relationship with the End User via the XXXX Acceptance Form, and the XXXX referenced therein as described in the subsections 2 to 6 below.

  • The following order of precedence shall be applied in the event of conflict or inconsistency between provisions of the components of this Agreement: (i) the XXXX Acceptance Form; (ii) the XXXX; (iii) the SUR SAP List Price except with respect to third party pass-through terms for Third Party Software stated in the SUR SAP List Price, in which case the SUR SAP List Price shall prevail over any conflict or inconsistency in any component of this XXXX solely with respect to such third party pass-through terms.

  • Where TC ITECH is required to provide any additional services in relation to Your subscription and use of TnE (e.g. the training of the users) other than the agreed scope as set forth in the executed XXXX Acceptance Form between the parties, TC ITECH shall be entitled to charge You based on its then current hourly or daily rates.

  • Acceptance Form means the form provided by the School for parents to complete when accepting a place for their child at the School;

  • Form of Acceptance means the Form of formal acceptance, signed by the Procuring Entity, of the Form of Tender, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties.   • Letter of Acceptance of Tender means letter giving intimation to the tenderer that his tender has been accepted in accordance with the provisions contained in that letter.

  • Payment/Advance Form is that certain form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Letter of Acceptance means the letter of formal acceptance, signed by the contractor. Procuring Entity, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties.

  • FACE Form means the Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditure Form attached to this Agreement. The FACE Form is used for (i) requests for cash advances, direct payments or reimbursements and (ii) financial reporting by the Partner.

  • Operational Acceptance means the acceptance by the Procuring Entity of the Facilities (or any part of the Facilities where the Contract provides for acceptance of the Facilities in parts), which certifies the Contractor's fulfillment of the Contract in respect of Functional Guarantees of the Facilities (or the relevant part thereof) in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 28 (Functional Guarantees) hereof and shall include deemed acceptance in accordance with GCC Clause 25 (Commissioning and Operational Acceptance) hereof.

  • Final completion and acceptance means the stage in the progress of the work as determined by the Contracting Officer and confirmed in writing to the Contractor, at which all work required under the contract has been completed in a satisfactory manner, subject to the discovery of defects after final completion, and except for items specifically excluded in the notice of final acceptance.

  • Proposal Due Date and Time means the date and time specified in the Request for Proposal as the deadline for submitting Proposals.
