Service Credits definition
Service Credits means the service credits payable to the Purchaser by the Service Provider in the event that the Service Levels are not met and identified as service credits in the Pricing Schedule.
Service Credits means any service credits specified in Annex 1 to Part A of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring) being payable by the Supplier to the Customer in respect of any failure by the Supplier to meet one or more Service Levels;
Service Credits means the service credits specified in Schedule 2-2 which shall be payable to the CUSTOMER by the CONTRACTOR in the event that the Service Levels are not met in respect of Ordered IT Products.
Examples of Service Credits in a sentence
Providing that the Customer claims any Service Credits which arise in respect of any Month before the end of the Month after the Month in respect of which the entitlement to Service Credit(s) arose, the next following invoice shall also contain deductions for the relevant Service Credits which have been properly claimed and which have not been allowed in previous invoices.
The Service Credits shall only be paid in respect of the Racks, which were affected and only if the Services Fees have been paid for that Period in which the Customer is entitled to the relevant Service Credit.
The ADT and Customer performance against the Services (as described in the Services Order) and the Service Levels as described in Part 3 of Schedule 3 of the MSA (Specific Service Levels and Service Credits) and Schedule 7 (Service Desk Service Levels) shall be discussed at review meetings (the frequency of such meetings to be set out in the Services Order).
More Definitions of Service Credits
Service Credits means the sums referred to in paragraph 5.3 of the Order Form as being payable by the Supplier in respect of any failure by the Supplier to meet one or more Service Levels;

Term: the duration of this Agreement, including the Initial Term and any agreed Renewal Term as agreed pursuant to clause 14. Clause, schedule, and paragraph headings shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement. A reference to a statute or statutory provision is a reference to it as it is in force for the time being, taking account of any amendment, extension, or re-enactment and includes any subordinate legislation for the time being in force made under it. Any words following the terms including, include for example or any other similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase, or terms preceding those terms. References to clauses and schedules are to the clauses and schedules of this Agreement; references to paragraphs are to paragraphs of the relevant schedule to this Agreement. The Schedules and any Arrow SOF form part of this Agreement and shall have effect as if set out in full in the body of this Agreement. Any reference to this Agreement includes the Schedules.
Service Credits means any service credits payable by the Contractor for failure to meet the Service Levels, as referenced in the Contract Letter and Schedule G (the Specification). "Service Levels" means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in Schedule G (the Specification).
