Service Credits definition

Service Credits means the service credits payable to the Purchaser by the Service Provider in the event that the Service Levels are not met and identified as service credits in the Pricing Schedule.
Service Credits means any service credits specified in Annex 1 to Part A of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring) being payable by the Supplier to the Customer in respect of any failure by the Supplier to meet one or more Service Levels;
Service Credits means the sums referred to in paragraph 5.3 of the Order Form as being payable by the Supplier in respect of any failure by the Supplier to meet one or more Service Levels;

Examples of Service Credits in a sentence

  • Service Credits will be applied to Customer’s next annual invoice following the final determination of the request.

  • Service Credits will not entitle Customer to any refund or other payment from Company.

  • If Symantec does not initiate contact within the specified time, Symantec will credit Customer’s account with one (1) Service Credit(s) for impacted Enterprise Wide Service(s) or one (1) Service Credit for each impacted Device Block or Device, as applicable, unless the Device(s) subject to the Emergency or Critical Event is deemed to be a Runaway Device, as defined in the Ops Manual.

  • UBS shall be entitled to select and receive Service Credits as a refund of Charges paid, as a direct payment, or to be set off against the next invoice(s).

  • Service Credits may not be transferred or applied to any other account.


More Definitions of Service Credits

Service Credits means the service credits specified in Schedule 2-2 which shall be payable to the CUSTOMER by the CONTRACTOR in the event that the Service Levels are not met in respect of Ordered IT Products.
Service Credits means any service credits payable by the Contractor for failure to meet the Service Levels, as referenced in the Contract Letter and the Specification Schedule.
