Service Charge Review means the time when we will review and change the Service Charge part of your Rent in accordance with sections 102 and 103 of the Housing Act 1985 if there is a change in the Services provided to you Shared Living Area Scheme a scheme with shared living areas including (but not limited to) lounges, kitchens and laundries Start Date means the start date of this Tenancy as inserted at clause 1.3of this Tenancy Tenancy means the legal agreement between you and us where we allow you to live in the Home and where both you and us agree to do various things which are set out in the Tenancy Terrorism includes (but is not limited to) any action which is • designed to influence the government or to intimidate the public or a section of the public; and • made for the purpose of advancing a political, religious or ideological cause; and • the action o involves serious violence against a person o involves serious damage to property o endangers a person’s life, other than that of the person committing the action o creates a serious risk to the health or safety of the public or a section of the public o is designed to seriously interfere with or disrupt an electronic system Varied Terms of Tenancy means the New Terms Works means any works and for example includes but is not limited to installing, maintaining, improving, repairing, replacing, cleaning, clearing, removing and disposing of and/or making good you means the tenant(s) of the Property under this Tenancy. Examples of Service Charge Review in a sentence

  • We will give you at least four weeks’ written notice of any Service Charge Review and/or Other Charges Review; and the amount of any Reviewed Service Charge and/or Reviewed Other Charges you have to pay will be set out in the notice and will become payable on the date set out in the notice.

  • The Service Charge and/or Other Charges may also be changed at any time if there is a Service Charge Review or an Other Charges Review.

Related to Service Charge Review

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Dates means the dates specified for deferred sales fee installments under "Investment Summary--Fees and Expenses" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Monthly Servicing Report shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Penalty Charge Notice means a notice described in Section 78 of the 2004 Act having effect as if issued or served by a Civil Enforcement Officer or posted by the enforcement authority under any regulations for the time being in force under Section 78 of the 2004 Act.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.
