Annual Service Charge definition
Annual Service Charge for any period means the maximum amount which is payable during such period for interest on, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the amount of dividends which are payable during such period in respect of any Disqualified Stock.
Annual Service Charge as of any date means the maximum amount which is payable in any period for interest on, and original issue discount of, the Operating Partnership or its subsidiaries’ Debt and the amount of dividends which are payable in respect of any Disqualified Stock.
Annual Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.
Examples of Annual Service Charge in a sentence
