Monthly Report Determination Date. The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).

Monthly Report Determination Date with respect to any calendar month will be the 10th Business Day preceding the date the Monthly Report is made available. The Monthly Report for a calendar month shall contain the following information with respect to the Collateral Obligations and Eligible Investments included in the Assets, and shall be determined as of the close of business on the Monthly Report Determination Date for such calendar month:

Monthly Report Determination Date with respect to any calendar month in which a Payment Date does not occur (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next Business Day) will be the last day of such calendar month. The Monthly Report for a calendar month shall contain the information with respect to the Collateral Loans and Eligible Investments included in the Collateral that is agreed to by the Servicer, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent from time to time, and shall be determined as of the Monthly Report Determination Date for such calendar month. In addition, the Borrower shall provide (or cause to be provided) in each Monthly Report a statement setting forth in reasonable detail each amendment, modification or waiver under any Related Document for each Collateral Loan that constitutes a Material Modification that became effective since the immediately preceding Monthly Report (or, in respect of the first Monthly Report, from the Closing Date).

• The Monthly Report for a calendar month shall contain the information with respect to the Facility and the Collateral Obligations and Eligible Investments included in the Collateral set forth in Part 1 of Schedule 2 hereto, and shall be determined as of the Monthly Report Determination Date for such calendar month.

More Definitions of Monthly Report Determination Date

Monthly Report Determination Date with respect to any calendar month will be the last day of the previous calendar month. The Monthly Report delivered for any calendar month shall contain the information with respect to the Collateral Loans and Eligible Investments included in the Collateral set forth on Schedule 2 hereto including, for the avoidance of doubt, calculation statements with respect to the Dollar Equivalent of Collateral Loans denominated in an Approved Foreign Currency and amounts held in the applicable Principal Collection Subaccount and the Interest Collection Subaccount for each Approved Foreign Currency, and shall be determined as of the Monthly Report Determination Date applicable to such Monthly Report.
