Scheduled Air Carrier definition

Scheduled Air Carrier means any company performing, pursuant to published schedules, commercial air transportation of persons, property, or mail over routes to and from the Airports and holding the necessary authority from the appropriate federal or state agencies to provide such air transportation services.
