Salaried Officer definition

Salaried Officer means an employee who is engaged in a professional, administrative, supervisory, technical or clerical capacity, but shall not include persons employed as Nurses or persons employed under classifications named at Clause 34. - Wages of the Private Hospital Employees’ Award 1972 at the date of registration of this Award, namely the Salaried Officers (Association for the Blind) Award, 1996 and provided it does not apply to employee’s employed in frail aged hostels.
