Principal Officer definition

Principal Officer means an employee of the portfolio manager who has been designated as such by the portfolio manager and is responsible for: -

More Definitions of Principal Officer

Principal Officer means any of the chief executive officer, president, chief financial officer, treasurer, vice president responsible for treasury and assistant treasurer.

Principal Officer means a director/an employee of the portfolio manager who is responsible for the activities of portfolio management and has been designated as principal officer by the portfolio manager.
Principal Officer shall thereafter mean any officer performing substantially the same functions as are currently performed by one or more of the officers listed in the first sentence of this definition.
