Fund Officer definition

Fund Officer means the Chairman, the President, each Vice President (whether or not designated by a number or word or words added before or after the title "Vice President"), the Secretary, the Treasurer, each Assistant Secretary and each Assistant Treasurer of the Fund and every other officer or employee of the Fund designated as a "Fund Officer" for purposes hereof in a written notice from the Fund to the Auction Agent.
Fund Officer means the officers of the Fund.

  • No Fund Officer shall directly or indirectly seek to obtain information (other than that necessary to accomplish the functions of the office) from any Fund portfolio manager regarding (i) the status of any pending securities transaction for a Fund or (ii) the merits of any securities transaction contemplated by the Fund Officer.

  • Claims Officer means the individual or individuals appointed by the Monitor pursuant to the Amended Claims Procedure Order;

  • Fund Administrator means the fund administrator, manager, trustee or similar person with the primary administrative responsibilities for a Fund according to the relevant Fund Documents.

  • Captive insurance company means a pure captive insurance company, association captive insurance company, captive reinsurance company, sponsored captive insurance company, special purpose captive insurance company, or industrial insured captive insurance company formed or licensed under this chapter.
