Road Show Information means, a “road show for an offering that is a written communication” within the meaning of Rule 433(d)(8)(i), whether or not required to be filed with the Commission.

More Definitions of Road Show Information

Road Show Information means the information contained in any “road show” (as defined under Rule 433(h)(4) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended) related to the offering of the Notes.
