Program Information definition

Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.

Program Information means all non-public Fund or CMA information provided to Supplier for the purposes of Supplier’s provision of Services hereunder, including, without limitation, data entered into Supplier’s system or those systems of its Subcontractors.

Examples of Program Information in a sentence

• Shopify shall have the right to cause any terminated or expired Program and all associated Customer accounts, Customer Information, Merchant Information and Program Information to be transferred by or on behalf of Affirm to Shopify at its sole cost.

• For the avoidance of doubt, if Affirm is party to an agreement with a Merchant or Customer for whom the Program Information, Merchant Information or Customer Information relates and such agreement explicitly permits retention of such Program Information, Merchant Information or Customer Information, Affirm may retain a copy of such Program Information, Merchant Information or Customer Information, subject to all of the restrictions on use set forth in this Agreement.

• All use and disclosure of Customer Information, Merchant Information, and Program Information under this Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of this Section 14.

• Shopify shall notify Affirm upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement whether it intends to transfer the Program and all associated Customer Information, Merchant Information and Program Information to Shopify, and Affirm shall cause such transfer in accordance with the terms set forth herein.

• Such cooperation will include continued provision of customer service to all outstanding Customers in accordance with the terms of this Agreement until the expiration, termination or assignment of the Customer Agreement and shall include Affirm transferring any and all Customer Information, Merchant Information and Program Information in its possession to Shopify unless prevented from doing so under Applicable Law.

More Definitions of Program Information

Program Information means information about the adop- tion search program which the department provides to requesters, agencies, courts and the general public, except that it does not include adoption record information.

Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.08(a)(i).
