Retail Tenants means any Person engaged in the sale of merchandise directly to consumers. "Retail Tenants" shall not include any Person engaged primarily in the sale of pornography or services to consumers, such as health clubs, bowling alleys and such other similar uses as Agent may reasonably designate.

In the event Developer desires to lease the Site, or a portion thereof, to a tenant that is not on the aforementioned pre-approved list, Developer shall first obtain the approval of the City or Agency, in accordance with the guidelines for processing requests for tenant approval set forth below.
