Restaurant Premises. (食肆處所) means any premises on or from which there is carried on—
Restaurant Premises means the building complex located at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, XX and all associated facilities and structures, including, without limitation, all parking lots, retaining walls, walkways and infrastructure facilities, which is comprised of two primary attached buildings consisting of 27,496 square feet, a lower outdoor deck consisting of approximately 11,200 square feet, an upper outdoor deck consisting of approximately 1,400 square feet, walkways, retaining walls, and building infrastructure as the same is delineated on Exhibit A-2 hereto.
Restaurant Premises means the premises leased by Owner to Il Fornaio under the Restaurant Lease.

If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.
