restaurant premises. (食肆處所) means any premises on or from which there is carried on –
restaurant premises means the premises leased by Owner to Il Fornaio under the Restaurant Lease.
restaurant premises means the building complex located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ and all associated facilities and structures, including, without limitation, all parking lots, retaining walls, walkways and infrastructure facilities, which is comprised of two primary attached buildings consisting of 27,496 square feet, a lower outdoor deck consisting of approximately 11,200 square feet, an upper outdoor deck consisting of approximately 1,400 square feet, walkways, retaining walls, and building infrastructure as the same is delineated on Exhibit A-2 hereto.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and
