Required Improvement definition

Required Improvement with respect to the Facility Lease, shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.1 of the Facility Lease.

  • In the event LCDJFS, in its sole discretion, determines that Subrecipient is failing to carry out any term(s) or condition(s) of the Agreement, LCDJFS may (but is not required to) issue Subrecipient a Notice of Required Improvement (“Cure Notice”) specifying deficiencies in Subrecipient’s performance of the Agreement.

  • If the default or failing continues for thirty (30) days after such written notice and the Developer makes no attempt to remedy the default, Teton County shall have, in addition to all of its other rights under the law, the right to complete the construction of the Required Improvement(s) or to correct any defect or deficiency in the Required Improvement, using either its own personnel or contractors hired for that purpose.

  • In the event LCDJFS, in its sole discretion, determines that Contractor is failing to carry out any term(s) or condition(s) of the Agreement, LCDJFS may (but is not required to) issue Contractor a Notice of Required Improvement (“Cure Notice”) specifying deficiencies in Contractor’s performance of the Agreement.

  • Upon satisfaction that the Required Improvement have passed the final inspection, the County shall issue a “Certificate of Subdivision Completion” substantially in the form attached as Exhibit E.

  • To the extent any of Tenant’s repairs, maintenance or Alterations (as defined below), including any Required Improvement or Deferred Maintenance Item, require the abatement, removal, disposal or encapsulation of asbestos containing materials (“ACM”) at the Facility, Landlord shall bear all costs and expenses relating to such ACM (and Tenant shall have no obligation to pay the Annual Yield on such amount).

Required Improvement has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 7.2 (Customer Experience and Engagement);
