Licensed Professionals. Vendor is appropriately licensed under Illinois law to perform Services required under this Agreement and shall perform no Services for which a professional license is required by law and for which Vendor, its employees, agents, or subcontractors, as applicable, are not appropriately licensed.

Licensed Professionals. Provider is appropriately licensed under Illinois law to perform Services required under this Agreement and shall perform no Services for which a professional license is required by law and for which Provider, its employees, agents, or subcontractors, as applicable, are not appropriately licensed.
Licensed Professionals. All references in this Lease to “licensed professional engineer,” “licensed surveyor” or “registered architect” shall mean a professional engineer, surveyor or architect who is licensed or registered, as the case may be, by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
