Replacement Escrow Fund has the meaning assigned in Section 2.5.

• Nothing in this paragraph 9 shall limit, reduce or otherwise affect Maker's obligations to make payments of the Monthly Payment Amount, payments to the Tax and Insurance Impound Fund, or the Replacement Escrow Fund due hereunder and under the other Loan Documents, whether or not Rents are available to make such payments.

• The term "Extraordinary Expense" shall mean an extraordinary operating expense or capital expense not set forth in the Approved Annual Budget or allotted for in the Replacement Escrow Fund.

• The Replacement Escrow Fund shall be held in an interest bearing account in Mortgagee's name at a financial institution selected by Mortgagee in its sole discretion.
