Escrow Funds definition
Escrow Funds means the Advance funds deposited with the Escrow Agent pursuant to this Agreement.

Escrow Funds. All funds collected with respect to a Mortgage Loan by the Servicer to cover related Escrow Items according to the provisions of this Agreement.
