Adjustment Escrow Account definition

Adjustment Escrow Account means the escrow account established, designated and administered by the Escrow Agent pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.
Adjustment Escrow Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a)(i).
Adjustment Escrow Account means a bank account designated in writing by the Escrow Agent, into which the Adjustment Escrow Amount will be deposited at the Closing.
