Escrow Property definition
Escrow Property has the meaning set forth in the Escrow Agreement.
Escrow Property means the Escrow Funds and the Certificates delivered to the Escrow Agent as contemplated by Section 1(c) hereof.
Escrow Property means, at any given time, the securities and other property held by the Escrow Agent in the Escrow Account in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement, including the Escrow Shares and any dividends or distributions paid or payable on the Escrow Shares, giving effect to any disbursements or payments from the Escrow Account.
Examples of Escrow Property in a sentence
If a Special Mandatory Redemption of the Notes is to occur pursuant to Section 3.09 hereof due to the occurrence of one of the events specified in clause (i) or (ii) of the definition of “Special Mandatory Redemption Event,” the Escrow Agreement provides that the Escrow Agent will cause the liquidation of all Escrow Property then held by it and cause the release of the proceeds of such liquidated Escrow Property to the Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Escrow Agreement.
After payment of the Special Mandatory Redemption Price with respect to each series of Notes to the Holders and any fees and expenses of the Trustee and Escrow Agent, any excess Escrow Property will be returned to the Issuers.

Escrow Property is defined in Section 4.1(b).
Escrow Property means property, money, a written instrument or evidence of title or possession to real or personal property or any other thing of value.
Escrow Property means the deposits, funds, securities or other property credited to the Escrow Account plus all interest, dividends and other distributions and payments on any of the foregoing received or receivable by the Escrow Agent, together with all proceeds of any of the foregoing, in each case, from time to time held in the Escrow Account.
