Escrow Property definition

Escrow Property has the meaning set forth in the Escrow Agreement.
Escrow Property means the Escrow Funds and the Certificates delivered to the Escrow Agent as contemplated by Section 1(c) hereof.
Escrow Property means, at any given time, the securities and other property held by the Escrow Agent in the Escrow Account in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement, giving effect to any disbursements or payments from the Escrow Account.

Examples of Escrow Property in a sentence

  • Other than as permitted under the Escrow Agreement, the Issuer will only be entitled to direct the Escrow Agent to release the Escrow Property (in which case the Escrow Property will be paid to or as directed by the Issuer) upon delivery to the Escrow Agent and the Trustee, on or prior to the Escrow Outside Date, of an Escrow Release Request, certifying that the Escrow Release Conditions have been satisfied.

  • The Trustee shall apply the Escrow Property to the payment of the Special Mandatory Redemption Price, as set forth in Section 3.09 hereof.

  • If a Special Mandatory Redemption of the Notes is to occur pursuant to Section 3.09 hereof, the Escrow Agent will cause the release of the Escrow Property to the Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Escrow Agreement.

Escrow Property is defined in Section 4.1(b).
Escrow Property means property, money, a written instrument or evidence of title or possession to real or personal property or any other thing of value.
