Escrowed Property definition
Escrowed Property has the meaning set forth in the Escrow Agreement.
Escrowed Property means the initial funds (being $500,000,000) deposited in the Escrow Account, and all other funds, securities, interest, dividends, distributions and other property and payments credited to the Escrow Account (less any property or funds paid in accordance with the Escrow Agreement).

In the event that the Special Mandatory Redemption Price payable upon such Special Mandatory Redemption for the Notes exceeds the amount of the Escrowed Property, the Company will be required to fund the difference between the Special Mandatory Redemption Price and the amount of the Escrowed Property in accordance with the terms of the Escrow Agreement.
More Definitions of Escrowed Property
Escrowed Property means the funds to be held in escrow pursuant to the Escrow and Pledge Agreement.
Escrowed Property means the gross proceeds of the offering of the Notes deposited in the Escrow Account pursuant to the Notes Escrow Agreement.
