Escrowed Property definition

Escrowed Property has the meaning set forth in the Escrow Agreement.
Escrowed Property means the initial funds deposited into the Escrow Account, and all other funds, securities, interest, dividends, distributions and other property and payments credited to the Escrow Account (less any property and/or funds paid in accordance with the Escrow Agreement).
Escrowed Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(ii).

Examples of Escrowed Property in a sentence

  • Within three Business Days after the Issuer sends such notice of a Mandatory Redemption Event or otherwise in accordance with DTC’s procedures, the Escrowed Property will be released from the Escrow Account to the Issuer or in accordance with the Escrow Agreement and the Issuer will perform the Special Mandatory Redemption (the date of such redemption, the “Special Mandatory Redemption Date”).

More Definitions of Escrowed Property

Escrowed Property means the funds to be held in escrow pursuant to the Escrow and Pledge Agreement.
