Escrow Fund definition

Escrow Fund means the escrow fund established pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.
Escrow Fund has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 7.2(a).

Escrow Fund means the fund established and held by Escrow Agent pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.
