Existing Loan Documents definition

Existing Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.
Existing Loan Documents means, collectively, the Existing Credit Agreement and all of the other agreements, documents and instruments executed and delivered in connection therewith or related thereto.
