Existing Loan Documents definition

Existing Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.

Existing Loan Documents means, collectively, the Existing Credit Agreement and all of the other agreements, documents and instruments executed and delivered in connection therewith or related thereto.

Existing Loan Documents has the meaning given to such term in the recitals hereto.

Examples of Existing Loan Documents in a sentence

• Prior to the Effective Date, the Sellers have provided to Purchaser true and complete copies of the Existing Loan Documents for the Existing Loans.

• In furtherance of the foregoing, Purchaser shall not make any changes to its organizational structure or other material deliverables other than a one-time right to make such changes prior to the First Closing, nor shall Purchaser request any modifications to the Existing Loan Documents other than Ministerial Amendments or in respect of modifications requested by an Existing Lender.

• Further, except with respect to Purchaser’s obligations set forth in Section 2.6.3 below, nothing herein shall be construed to require Purchaser to assume any obligation not expressly provided for under the Existing Loan Documents.

More Definitions of Existing Loan Documents

Existing Loan Documents shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.7.1.

Existing Loan Documents has the meaning specified in Section 1.01(b).

Existing Loan Documents means the Loan Documents, as such term is defined in the Existing Credit Agreement, in existence on the Closing Date immediately prior to the Assignment.

Existing Loan Documents means (a) the Existing Credit Agreements and (b) all other agreements, instruments and documents evidencing, governing, guaranteeing or securing the obligations from time to time arising under any Existing Credit Agreement or otherwise executed in connection with any Existing Credit Agreement, in each case as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented, refinanced, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.

Existing Loan Documents has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto.

Existing Loan Documents means any Loan Documents that were executed or delivered prior to the Restatement Effective Date in connection with the Existing Credit Agreement (in each case, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the date hereof).

Existing Loan Documents has the meaning assigned to that term in the recitals to this Agreement.
