Replacement Concessionaire definition

Replacement Concessionaire means any third party appointed by the Council from time to time to provide all or any of the Services which are substantially similar to any of the Services, or received in substitution for any of the Services, or which will operate a concession similar to the Concession, following the expiry, termination or partial termination of this Contract whether those services and/or concession are provided by the Council internally and/or by any third party;
Replacement Concessionaire any replacement supplier or provider to the Authority of this Agreement (or any part of it);
Replacement Concessionaire means any concessionaire which following termination or expiry of this Contract provides services equivalent to the Services or part of the Services; Retendering Information as defined in paragraph 8.1.1;

Examples of Replacement Concessionaire in a sentence

  • Upon exercise of MDTA’s rights under clause (C) of Section 3 above, Subcontractor shall also provide to MDTA or any Replacement Concessionaire upon MDTA’s reasonable request therefore copies of the Subcontract and all amendments thereto and supplements thereof.

  • To permit removal of any defective part and its easy replacement.

  • Upon any such Replacement Concessionaire’s request, Subcontractor will execute and deliver to such Replacement Concessionaire and MDTA an instrument reasonably acceptable to Subcontractor acknowledging Subcontractor’s attornment to and recognition of such Replacement Concessionaire.

  • Upon termination of the Contract (howsoever arising) the Concessionaire shall, at its own cost, provide assistance to the Council and any Replacement Concessionaire appointed by the Council to continue or take over the performance of the Contract in order to ensure an effective handover of all work then in progress.

  • Following Termination, upon the receipt by General Contractor of the notice contemplated by this Section, the General Contract shall continue in full force and effect as a direct contract, in accordance with its terms (except as provided in this Agreement) between the Replacement Concessionaire and General Contractor.

  • Concessionaire shall have the meaning attributed thereto in the array of Parties hereinabove as set forth in the Recitals;
