Replacement Contractor definition

Replacement Contractor means any third party service provider appointed by the Authority to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract.
Replacement Contractor means any contractor engaged to replace the Contractor or any sub-contractor of the Contractor;
Replacement Contractor means a replacement contractor under a Construction Contract Assignment or a Replacement Construction Contract entered into pursuant to Section 7.3 who must either be a contractor that is a Pre-Qualified Proponent under the Request for Qualifications (RFQ No. OIPC-06-00-M003) or that is acceptable to Hospital and Infrastructure Ontario, acting reasonably.

  • This co-operation, during the setting up operations period of the Replacement Contractor, shall extend to allowing full access to, and providing copies of all documents, reports, summaries and other information necessary in order to achieve an effective transition without disruption to the routine operational requirements.
