• At least thirty (30) Working Days prior to the Service Transfer Date, the Supplier shall provide to the Customer or at the direction of the Customer to any Replacement Supplier and/or any Replacement Sub-Contractor: the Suppliers Final Supplier Personnel List, which shall identify which of the Supplier Personnel are Transferring Supplier Employees; and the Staffing Information in relation to the Suppliers Final Supplier Personnel List (insofar as such information has not previously been provided).
