Removable Fixtures definition

Removable Fixtures means all furnishings, fixtures, and equipment that are not permanently affixed to any wall, floor, or ceiling in the Facilities and which may be removed without any damage to the Facilities.
Removable Fixtures means all furnishings, equipment and fixtures installed by the Concessionaire that are not permanently affixed to any wall, floor or ceiling in the Premises.
Removable Fixtures means all furnishings, fixtures and equipment owned or leased by Parking Operator, that are not permanently affixed to any wall, floor, or ceiling in the Facilities and which may be removed without any damage to the Facilities.

  • If the parties hereto are unable to agree upon fair market value, Concessionaire shall remove all such Removable Fixtures without delay and without damage to the Facilities.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, Concessionaire shall remove or cause to be removed all Removable Fixtures, unless City exercises its purchase right set forth in Section 14.7., which are owned by Concessionaire without damage to the Facilities within seven days of the termination hereof; provided, however, if Concessionaire fails to remove its property within this time the City may remove same at Concessionaire’s expense without any liability for damage by reason of such removal.

  • Concessionaire may remove any of the Removable Fixtures at any time during the term and shall remove all thereof prior to the expiration of the term.

  • Replacement of Removable Fixtures, improvements, furniture, equipment, vehicles, and supplies shall be the responsibility of Parking Operator and any such replacement and re-equipping shall be of equivalent quality to that originally installed hereunder.

More Definitions of Removable Fixtures

Removable Fixtures means all furnishings, equipment, personal property, and proprietary fixtures installed or placed by the Concessionaire within the Premises that are not permanently affixed to any wall, floor or ceiling within the Premises or Existing Improvement, and identified and listed by Concessionaire on its Removable Fixtures list approved by the Director, as provided for in Section 708 of this Agreement.

Removable Fixtures means all furnishings, equipment, personal property, and proprietary fixtures installed or placed by the Concessionaire (including vending apparatus) within the Premises that are not permanently affixed to any wall, floor or ceiling within the Premises or Existing Improvement. “Rules and Regulations” means those lawful, reasonable, and not unjustly discriminatory rules and regulations, including ordinances and operating directives, promulgated by the Airport Director, the Airport Commission, or the City from time to time for the orderly operation of the Airport.

  • Trade Fixtures means Lessee’s machinery and equipment that can be removed without doing material damage to the Premises. The term “Alterations” shall mean any modification of the improvements, other than Utility Installations or Trade Fixtures, whether by addition or deletion. “Lessee Owned Alterations and/or Utility Installations” are defined as Alterations and/or Utility Installations made by Lessee that are not yet owned by Lessor pursuant to Paragraph 7.4(a).

  • Fixtures means those leasehold improvements, additions, alterations and installations constituting all or a part of Bank Premises and which were acquired, added, built, installed or purchased at the expense of the Failed Bank, regardless of the holder of legal title thereto as of Bank Closing.

  • Plumbing fixture means a receptacle or device that is permanently or temporarily connected to the water distribution system of the premises and demands a supply of water from the system; or discharges used water, waste materials, or sewage directly or indirectly to the drainage system of the premises.

  • Furniture means articles of which wood, reeds, rattan, cane, seagrass or metal comprise the whole or part and such as are usually made or assembled by cabinet makers, assemblers in the furnishing trades, chair and couch makers, upholsterers, wood carvers, or wood turners; and

  • Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.

  • Utility Installations is used in this Lease to refer to all air lines, power panels, electrical distribution, security, fire protection systems, communications systems, lighting fixtures, heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, plumbing, and fencing in, on or about the Premises. The term "TRADE FIXTURES" shall mean Lessee's machinery and equipment which can be removed without doing material damage to the Premises. Lessee shall not make nor cause to be made any Alterations or Utility Installations in, on, under or about the Premises without Lessor's prior written consent. Lessee may, however, make non-structural Utility Installations to the interior of the Premises (excluding the roof) without Lessor's consent but upon notice to Lessor, so long as they are not visible from the outside of the Premises, do not involve puncturing, relocating or removing the roof or any existing walls, or changing or interfering with the fire sprinkler or fire detection systems and the cumulative cost thereof during the term of this Lease as extended does not exceed $2,500.00.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Machinery means any article or combination of articles assembled, arranged or connected and which is used or intended to be used for converting any form of energy to performing work, or which is used or intended to be used, whether incidental thereto or not, for developing, receiving, storing, containing, confining, transforming, transmitting, transferring or controlling any form of energy;

At the expiration of the term, Lessor may require the removal of any or all of said alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations, and the restoration of the Premises and the Office Building Project to their prior condition, at Lessee's expense. Should Lessor permit Lessee to make its own alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations, Lessee shall use only such contractor as has been expressly approved by Lessor, and Lessor may require Lessee to provide Lessor, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, a lien and completion bond in an amount equal to one and one-half times the estimated cost of such improvements, to insure Lessor against any liability for mechanic's and materialmen's liens and to insure completion of the work. Should Lessee make any alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations without the prior approval of Lessor, or use a contractor not expressly approved by Lessor, Lessor may, at any time during the term of this Lease, require that Lessee remove any part or all of the same.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Interior means the spaces, parts, components or elements of an individual dwelling unit.
