Credit Parties will maintain, preserve, protect and keep all Equipment and Machinery in good condition, repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and will cause such Equipment and Machinery to be used and operated in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with Applicable Law and in a manner which will not make void or cancelable any insurance with respect to such Equipment and Machinery.
Current maintenance records will be maintained on all such Equipment and Machinery and made available to Administrative Agent upon request.
Borrowers will promptly furnish to Administrative Agent a statement respecting any loss or damage to any of such Equipment or Machinery with an aggregate value in excess of $25,000.
