Receivable Records definition

Receivable Records means: (i) all original copies of all documents, instruments or other writings or electronic Records or other Records evidencing the Receivables, (ii) all books, correspondence, credit or other files, Records, ledger sheets or cards, invoices, and other papers relating to Receivables, including, without limitation, all tapes, cards, computer tapes, computer discs, computer runs, record keeping systems and other papers and documents relating to the Receivables, whether in the possession or under the control of the Grantor or any computer bureau or agent from time to time acting for the Grantor or otherwise, (iii) all evidences of the filing of financing statements and the registration of other instruments in connection therewith, and amendments, supplements or other modifications thereto, notices to other creditors or secured parties, and certificates, acknowledgments, or other writings, including, without limitation, lien search reports, from filing or other registration officers, (iv) all credit information, reports and memoranda relating thereto and (v) all other written or non-written forms of information related in any way to the foregoing or any Receivable.
Receivable Records means all records and documents evidencing or relating to any of the Receivables, including invoices, purchase orders, delivery receipts, waybills, payment records, receivable agings and other like documents, whether or not in written or electronic format or in any other medium.

Examples of Receivable Records in a sentence

  • Following completion of the purchase of any Purchased Receivables, the Servicer will ensure that the Purchased Receivable Records in respect of the Ancillary Rights and the relevant Financing Contracts are held to the order of the Issuer and the Security Trustee.

More Definitions of Receivable Records

Receivable Records means, with respect to any Receivable, all physical or electronic documents, data and records in any Data Medium created in connection with the origination, funding, acquisition, ownership, sale, contribution, transfer, servicing, collection or enforcement of such Receivable or the related Contract, including all communications with the applicable Originator or Obligor and all other contracts, agreements, documents, and Financing Statements relating thereto, all documentation, filings, certifications and records with respect to any Regulatory Actions and Approvals required in connection therewith, and all other written or electronic correspondence, data and information of any type relating to, or arising in connection with, any of the foregoing or with such Receivable generally.

Related to Receivable Records

  • Collateral Records means books, records, ledger cards, files, correspondence, customer lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, computer software, computer printouts, tapes, disks and related data processing software and similar items that at any time evidence or contain information relating to any of the Collateral or are otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or realization thereupon.

  • Receivables Records means (i) all original copies of all documents, instruments or other writings or electronic records or other Records evidencing the Receivables, (ii) all books, correspondence, credit or other files, Records, ledger sheets or cards, invoices, and other papers relating to Receivables, including, without limitation, all tapes, cards, computer tapes, computer discs, computer runs, record keeping systems and other papers and documents relating to the Receivables, whether in the possession or under the control of Grantor or any computer bureau or agent from time to time acting for Grantor or otherwise, (iii) all evidences of the filing of financing statements and the registration of other instruments in connection therewith, and amendments, supplements or other modifications thereto, notices to other creditors or secured parties, and certificates, acknowledgments, or other writings, including, without limitation, lien search reports, from filing or other registration officers, (iv) all credit information, reports and memoranda relating thereto and (v) all other written or nonwritten forms of information related in any way to the foregoing or any Receivable.

  • Receivable Reserves means, as of any date of determination, those reserves that Agent deems necessary or appropriate, in its Permitted Discretion and subject to Section 2.1(c), to establish and maintain (including reserves for rebates, discounts, warranty claims, and returns) with respect to the Eligible Accounts or the Maximum Revolver Amount.

  • Account Records is defined in Section 1(a)(i) of the Administration Agreement.

  • Servicing Records shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.14(b) hereof.

  • Motor vehicle record or "MVR" means a driving record under Subsection 53-3-109(6)(a).

  • Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.

  • Property records means the records created and maintained by the contractor in support of its stewardship responsibilities for the management of Government property.

  • Monthly Records means all records and data maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Receivables, including the following with respect to each Receivable: the account number; the originating Dealer; Obligor name; Obligor address; Obligor home phone number; Obligor business phone number; original Principal Balance; original term; Annual Percentage Rate; current Principal Balance; current remaining term; origination date; first payment date; final scheduled payment date; next payment due date; date of most recent payment; new/used classification; collateral description; days currently delinquent; number of contract extensions (months) to date; amount of Scheduled Receivables Payment; and past due late charges.

  • Receivable Files means the documents specified in Section 3.3.

  • Purchased Receivables means all those accounts, receivables, chattel paper, instruments, contract rights, documents, general intangibles, letters of credit, drafts, bankers acceptances, and rights to payment, and all proceeds thereof (all of the foregoing being referred to as "receivables"), arising out of the invoices and other agreements identified on or delivered with any Invoice Transmittal delivered by Seller to Buyer which Buyer elects to purchase and for which Buyer makes an Advance.

  • Transferred Receivable means a Purchased Receivable or a Contributed Receivable.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.

  • Receivables means the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Documents, Investment Property, Instruments and any other rights or claims to receive money which are General Intangibles or which are otherwise included as Collateral.

  • Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Financial Records means any document or summary of information contained in a document, including electronic documents, that contains information about the financial activities or position of a person including, but not limited to, information about the assets, balance sheets, budgets, cash flow, earnings, revenue, expenditures, income, investments, losses, liabilities, payroll, profits, retained earnings, or taxes.

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement. Service Agreement: Refers to the Contract or Purchase Order to which this DPA supplements and modifies.

  • Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.

  • Excluded Receivables means, as of any date of determination, all accounts receivable referred to in Item 1 of Schedule 7.01.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Review Receivables means those certain Receivables identified by the Servicer to the Asset Representations Reviewer following receipt of a Review Notice as not having been paid in full by the Obligor or purchased from the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the Basic Documents at or prior to the date of such Review Notice.

  • Ineligible Receivables shall have the meaning specified in subsection 2.05(a).

  • Subject Receivables means, for any Asset Representations Review, all Receivables outstanding and held by the Issuer that are more than 60 days delinquent as of the first day on which the Review Conditions are satisfied.

  • Eligible Receivables means and include with respect to each Borrower, each Receivable of such Borrower arising in the Ordinary Course of Business and which Agent, in its sole credit judgment, shall deem to be an Eligible Receivable, based on such considerations as Agent may from time to time deem appropriate. A Receivable shall not be deemed eligible unless such Receivable is subject to Agent’s first priority perfected security interest and no other Lien (other than Permitted Encumbrances), and is evidenced by an invoice or other documentary evidence satisfactory to Agent. In addition, no Receivable shall be an Eligible Receivable if:

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.
