Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory reports of UCC (collectively, the “UCC Searches”), federal tax lien, bankruptcy, state tax lien, judgment and pending litigation searches conducted by a search firm reasonably acceptable to Lender. Such searches shall have been received in relation to each Borrower and each equity owner in each Borrower, the Operating Lessee and each Manager.

Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory reports of Uniform Commercial Code, tax lien, bankruptcy and judgment searches (subject to all Permitted Encumbrances) conducted by a search firm acceptable to Lender with respect to the Property, Guarantor and each Borrower, such searches to be conducted in such locations as Lender shall have requested.
Lien Search Reports. Buyer or Buyer’s counsel shall have received, as reasonably requested by Buyer, satisfactory reports of UCC, tax lien, judgment and litigation searches and title updates conducted by search firms and/or title companies acceptable to Buyer with respect to the Eligible Loan, Mortgaged Property, Seller and Mortgagor, such searches to be conducted in each location Buyer shall reasonably designate.
