Receivable File definition

Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable File means, with respect to each Receivable, the following documents or instruments (but only to the extent applicable to such Receivable), which may be held in tangible paper form or electronic form:
Receivable File means, with respect to any Receivable, the electronic entries, documents, instruments and writings with respect to such Receivable specified in Section 2.5 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Receivable File in a sentence

  • No terms of any Receivable have been waived, altered or modified in any respect since its origination, except by instruments or documents identified in the Receivable File or the Servicer’s electronic records.

  • No Obligor on any Receivable as of the related Cutoff Date was noted in the related Receivable File as being the subject of a bankruptcy proceeding.

  • There is no right of rescission, setoff, counterclaim or defense being asserted or threatened with respect to any Receivable as indicated in the Seller’s computer files or the Receivable File for any such Receivable.

  • On or before the Closing Date, the Custodian shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer a listing in the form attached hereto as Schedule II of Exhibit A, of all Receivables with respect to which a Lien Certificate, showing ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as secured party, was not included in the related Receivable File as of such date.

  • The Custodian shall hold the Receivable Files on behalf of the Indenture Trustee clearly identified on its records as being separate from all other instruments and files maintained by the Custodian at the same location and shall maintain such accurate and complete accounts, records and computer systems pertaining to each Receivable File as will enable the Indenture Trustee to comply with the terms and conditions of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Receivable File means with respect to each Receivable:
Receivable File. The documents listed in Section 9.01 of the Servicing Agreement pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable File has the meaning stated in Section 3.12(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Receivable File means the documents specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable File. The documents listed in Section 2.04 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable File means with respect to a Receivable, (i) the Installment Contract related to such Receivable, (ii) each UCC financing statement related thereto, if any, and (iii) the application, if any, of the related Obligor to obtain the financing extended by such Receivable; provided that such Receivable File may be converted to microfilm or other electronic media within six months after the Initiation Date for the related Receivable.
Receivable File has the meaning stated in Section 3.10(b) of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement.
