Receivable File definition

Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable File means, with respect to each Receivable, the following documents or instruments (but only to the extent applicable to such Receivable), which may be held in tangible paper form or electronic form:
Receivable File means, with respect to any Receivable, the electronic entries, documents, instruments and writings with respect to such Receivable specified in Section 2.5 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Receivable File in a sentence

  • There is no right of rescission, setoff, counterclaim or defense being asserted or threatened with respect to any Receivable as indicated in the Seller’s computer files or the Receivable File for any such Receivable.

  • The Servicer will maintain any portion of a Receivable File that exists in tangible form in the United States (it being understood that the Receivable Files, or any part thereof, may be maintained at the offices of any Person to whom the Servicer has delegated responsibilities in accordance with Section 6.5).

  • The entire equitable interest in such Receivable and the related Receivable File shall at all times be vested in the Trust.

  • The Servicer shall not at any time have or in any way attempt to assert any interest in any Receivable held by it as custodian hereunder or in the related Receivable File other than for collecting or enforcing such Receivable for the benefit of the Trust.

  • The Servicer shall maintain each Receivable File at one of the locations listed in Schedule 2 or at such other location as shall be specified to the Trust, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee by written notice not later than ninety (90) days after any change in location.


More Definitions of Receivable File

Receivable File means with respect to each Receivable:
Receivable File. The documents listed in Section 9.01 of the Servicing Agreement pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable File means the documents specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable File. The documents listed in Section 2.04 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable File has the meaning stated in Section 3.12(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Receivable File means, with respect to any Receivable, (i) copies of each applicable document listed in the definition ofReceivable Agreements,” (ii) the UCC financing statement, if any, filed against the Receivables Obligor in connection with the origination of such Receivable and (iii) copies of each of the documents required by, and listed in, the Document Checklist attached to the Custodial Agreement, each of which may be in electronic form.
Receivable File means with respect to a Receivable, (i) the Installment Contract related to such Receivable, (ii) each UCC financing statement related thereto, if any, and (iii) the application, if any, of the related Obligor to obtain the financing extended by such Receivable; provided that such Receivable File may be converted to microfilm or other electronic media within six months after the Initiation Date for the related Receivable.
