Examples of Receivable Files in a sentence
The Servicer, in its capacity as custodian, shall hold the Receivable Files for the benefit of the Issuer, the Grantor Trust and the Indenture Trustee, as pledgee of the Issuer and the Grantor Trust.
The Servicer will maintain any portion of a Receivable File that exists in tangible form in the United States (it being understood that the Receivable Files, or any part thereof, may be maintained at the offices of any Person to whom the Servicer has delegated responsibilities in accordance with Section 6.5).
The Servicer will make available to the Issuer, the Grantor Trust, the Standby Servicer and the Indenture Trustee or their duly authorized representatives, attorneys or auditors a list of locations of the Receivable Files upon request.
Neither the Indenture Trustee nor the Standby Servicer shall be liable for the acts or omissions of the Servicer, in its capacity as custodian of the Receivable Files.
The Servicer may, in accordance with its Customary Servicing Practices: (i) maintain all or a portion of the Receivable Files in electronic form and (ii) maintain custody of all or any portion of the Receivable Files with one or more of its agents or designees.
