Servicing Records definition

Servicing Records means all documents, books, records and other information (including, without limitation, computer programs, tapes, disks, data processing software and related property rights) prepared and maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Transferred Loans and the related Obligors.
Servicing Records shall have the meaning specified in Article 29(f).
Servicing Records shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.15(b) hereof.

  • Upon reasonable prior notice to Seller, Buyer or its authorized representatives will be permitted during normal business hours to examine, inspect, and make copies and extracts of, the Purchased Asset Files, Servicing Records and any and all documents, records, agreements, instruments or information relating to any Purchased Asset in the possession or under the control of Seller, any servicer or sub-servicer and/or Custodian.

  • Seller also shall make reasonably available to Buyer a knowledgeable financial or accounting officer for the purpose of financial or accounting answering questions respecting the Purchased Asset Files, the Servicing Records and the Purchased Assets.

  • Seller covenants to safeguard any such Servicing Records in Seller’s possession and to deliver them promptly to Buyer or its designee (including Custodian) at Buyer’s request.


More Definitions of Servicing Records

Servicing Records. All servicing agreements, files, documents, records, data bases, computer tapes, copies of computer tapes, proof of insurance coverage, insurance policies, appraisals, other closing documentation, payment history records, and any other records relating to or evidencing the servicing of a Mortgage Loan.
Servicing Records shall have the meaning specified in Section 22(b) of this Agreement.
