Examples of Qualcomm Customer in a sentence

  • After any such settlement, the determination of whether any future Assertion by the Qualcomm Customer or its Affiliate is a First Assertion Against Broadcom for purposes of this Section 7.6 will be determined without regard to the Assertions that were made by the Qualcomm Customer or any of its Affiliates, or by Broadcom or any of its Subsidiaries, prior to the date of the settlement and that have been settled on or before the date of the settlement.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.
