Joint Operations definition

Joint Operations means all operations necessary or proper for the development, operation, protection and maintenance of the Joint Property.
Joint Operations means all joint operations of the Parties conducted in accordance with this Agreement;
Joint Operations means those operations and activities carried out by Operator pursuant to this Agreement, the costs of which are chargeable to all Parties.

Examples of Joint Operations in a sentence

  • The Service Provider shall present for approval by the Operating Committee a detailed proposal including the principles and procedures by which the Service Provider shall allocate any costs or expenditures to or between Joint Operations in the Contract Area and any other operations should there be any.

  • The Service Provider hereby undertakes not to incur or commit to any costs or expenditures which could possibly require allocation between Joint Operations and other operations until the Operating Committee has formally approved the allocation method.

Joint Operations means joint operations performed under the JOA, see the definition thereof in the JOA.
Joint Operations means all marine and land activities, including but not limited to Petroleum exploration, prospection, development and production activities conducted by Working Interest Owners under and pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement and the Joint Operating Agreement. It includes any platform, subsea facilities, gas-oil separation, pressure maintenance, pipeline and other transportation, storage or other ancillary activities necessary to facilitate the production, processing, storage, transportation and disposal of Petroleum.
Joint Operations means police operations, including joint patrols and other joint operations in the field of public order, public security and crime prevention, jointly carried out either in intra-EU border areas or in other areas within the Union by officers of the competent law enforcement authorities of two or more Member States, whereby officers from one Member State act on the territory of another Member State;
Joint Operations means those operations and activities carried out by Operator pursuant to this Agreement, the costs of which are chargeable to all Parties in accordance with their Participating Interest.
Joint Operations means the conduct of Operations on the Contract Area in the manner prescribed by the Lease, and which Operations and activities are to be carried out by the Service Provider and the Operator pursuant to this Agreement and the costs of which are chargeable to the Parties only as set out and prescribed in this Agreement.
