Project Operational Manual means the Project Operational Manual, to be adopted in accordance with Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement, giving details of guidelines and procedures agreed with the Association for the implementation, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, of the Project, and the procurement procedures and guidelines for Sub-Projects, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operational Manual;

Project Operational Manual. (POM) means the manual referred to in Paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement and outlining the administrative, technical and organizational policies, procedures and guidelines which shall be followed by the Borrower in the operation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the concurrence of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the POM;

Project Operational Manual means the manual satisfactory to the Bank, to be adopted pursuant to Section 5.01 (c) of this Agreement, setting forth the operational, maintenance and administrative procedures for the implementation of the Project.

• The Recipient shall cause CAREC through the Operating Agreement to maintain a RCU throughout the Project implementation, to be responsible for the day-to-day management and monitoring of Parts 1 and 3.1 of the Project, including provision of general oversight and coordination with country Technical Working Group members, all in accordance with the Project Operational Manual.

• The Steering Committee, the mechanism and structure of which is agreed upon by the Recipient and the Association and documented in the Project Operational Manual, may include representatives of NCUs, Chairman of the RCU, Chairman of EC-IFAS .

• The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is implemented in accordance with the arrangements and procedures set out in the Project Operational Manual and, except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall not assign, amend, abrogate or waive any provision thereof; provided, however, that in case of any conflict between the arrangements and procedures of the POM and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

More Definitions of Project Operational Manual

Project Operational Manual means the manual, satisfactory to the Association, and referred to in Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with agreement of the Association.

Project Operational Manual and “POM” each means the manual to be prepared and adopted in accordance with the provisions of Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior written approval of the Association.

Project Operational Manual means the project operational manual referred to in Section 4.01(b) of this Agreement, setting out the principles and procedures governing the implementation of the Project.

Project Operational Manual means the manual to be adopted by the Project Management Committee, setting forth procedures and rules related to Project implementation, as the same may be amended from time to time;

Project Operational Manual means the Borrower’s manual referred to in Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 5.01 (a) of this Agreement, describing procedures for implementation of the Project, consistent with the provisions of this Agreement and with the national laws and regulations of the Borrower and including, inter alia: (i) procedures governing administrative, procurement, accounting, financial management, including adequate measures for procurement and forensic audits, and monitoring and evaluation arrangements; (ii) targets to be achieved under the Project; (iii) sample formats for required Project reports; and (iv) a financial management manual.

Project Operational Manual means the operational manual adopted by ECTEL, in April 2005, including all annexes thereto, which sets forth the policies and procedures for carrying out the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Bank;
