Program Completion Date means the date set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to this Loan Agreement, or such other date as the Borrower and ADB may agree;

Program Completion Date means the date when Phase I clinical trials have been completed or when the Agreement is terminated pursuant to Article 9, if earlier. The Phase I clinical trials shall be deemed complete ninety (90) days after the last patient in the trials is vaccinated with the Product.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
