Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:
Billing Commencement Date means the date specified in the Issuance Advice Letter on which the Servicer will commence billing the Fixed Recovery Charges.

Customer’s failure or delay to test the Service or failure or delay to utilize the Service on or after the Service Activation Notice date shall not prevent Pilot from billing Customer for the Service.
Examples of Billing Commencement Date in a sentence
Company shall have no obligation to deliver gas to Shipper prior to Shipper’s Billing Commencement Date.
The Initial Payment will be applied to the Customer’s first month of Service, beginning on the Billing Commencement Date.
Customer will receive regular monthly invoices on or around each monthly anniversary of the Billing Commencement Date.

More Definitions of Billing Commencement Date
Billing Commencement Date means the commencement date for assessing the tariffs and charges as set forth in these Terms and Conditions; provided however that the Billing Commencement Date will be adjusted by the Company if the Company is unable to commence Producer Service under the Producer Service Agreement on such date;
