Primary Ticketing Services definition

Primary Ticketing Services means a collection of services provided to venues or other customers to enable the initial sale of tickets for live entertainment events directly to customers and enable the validation of tickets at the venue to control access to the event.
Primary Ticketing Services means the sale and distribution of tickets for live events to consumers on behalf of Promoters and venues but does not include secondary ticket sales by consumers and professional resellers to other consumers;
