Examples of Post-Termination Restricted Period in a sentence
During the Term of Employment and the Post-Termination Restricted Period, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly for the Executive’s own account or for the account of any other Person, engage in Interfering Activities or otherwise interfere with the operations of the Company.
Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Post-Termination Restricted Period shall be tolled during any period of violation of any of the covenants in this Section 10 and during any other period required for litigationduring which the Company or any other member of the Company Group seeks to enforce such covenants against Executive if it is ultimately determined that Executive was in breach of such covenants.

During the Employment Period and the Post-Termination Restricted Period, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, individually or on behalf of any Person, whether for compensation or otherwise, engage in any Competitive Activities within the United States of America or any other jurisdiction in which the Company engages in business or derives a material portion of its revenues, or where the Company has plans to commence business activities.
Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, the Post-Termination Restricted Period shall be tolled during any period of violation of any of the covenants in Section 4 of this Agreement.
