Trust Termination Date means the earliest to occur of (i) unless a Trust Extension shall have occurred, the first Business Day after the Distribution Date on which the Investor Interest, the Collateral Interest, the Enhancement Invested Amount and any other interest issued by the Trust, as applicable, for each Series is zero, (ii) if a Trust Extension shall have occurred, the Extended Trust Termination Date, (iii) December 31, 2024 and (iv) the date of any termination pursuant to Section 9.02(b).
