Extended Termination Date definition

Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).

Extended Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

Extended Termination Date is defined in Section 2.25(a).

• The Company will promptly notify the Representative if the Company ceases to be an Emerging Growth Company at any time prior to the earlier of the time period set forth in the Charter Documents (the “Termination Date” or, if the Company extends the period during which it may enter into a Business Combination, the “Extended Termination Date”) or the liquidation of the Trust Account if a Business Combination is not consummated by the Termination Date or Extended Termination Date, as applicable.

Extended Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03(a).

Extended Termination Date means a date up to three (3) years after the Termination Date proposed by the Borrower and approved by each Lender and the Federal/State Guarantors as the date by which all Loans must be repaid following an extension of the Termination Date for the Loans pursuant to Clause 6.3 (Extension of Termination Date) but not later than the date which is the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Signing Date or, if that is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day.

Extended Termination Date means, as at any date, the date to which the Termination Date has then most recently been extended pursuant to Section 2.20.
