Outside Termination Date definition

Outside Termination Date means September 30, 2017 (provided that, if a labor strike occurs or continues at either Airbus S.A.S., The Boeing Company or Embraer S.A. after the Issuance Date and on or prior to September 30, 2017, such date shall be extended by adding thereto the number of days that such strike continued in effect after the Issuance Date, but not more than 60 days and excluding any period of a strike at Airbus S.A.S., The Boeing Company or Embraer S.A. after all aircraft of such manufacturer shall have been financed hereunder).

Outside Termination Date means January 31, 2021, or, if the Series AA Equipment Notes (as defined in the Pass Through Trust Agreement) relating to all of the New Aircraft (as defined in the Pass Through Trust Agreement) have not been purchased by the Pass Through Trustee on or prior to January 31, 2021 due to any reason beyond the control of American and not occasioned by American’s fault or negligence, March 31, 2021 (provided that, if a labor strike occurs or continues at the Manufacturer (as defined in the Pass Through Trust Agreement) of any New Aircraft after the Issuance Date and on or prior to January 31, 2021, such date shall be extended by adding thereto the number of days that such strike continued in effect after the Issuance Date, but not more than 60 days).
