Poorly Performing Teacher definition

Poorly Performing Teacher. A teacher who has received a summative evaluation rating of “Ineffective” for two out of the last three most recent school years, and who takes the written examinations required pursuant to section 3319.58 of the Ohio Revised Code, and has unsatisfactorily, or not completed, a professional improvement plan during the subsequent school year.
Poorly Performing Teacher means a teacher who has received an evaluation rating of “Ineffective” for two (2) of the three (3) most recent school years, has unsatisfactorily completed, or not completed, a professional improvement plan, and has received an evaluation rating of “Ineffective” on their next annual evaluation.
Poorly Performing Teacher. A teacher who receives an evaluation rating of ineffective for a period of no less than two (2) out of the last three (3) years under OTES 2.0. Professional Growth Plan: A written plan, self-directed or jointly developed between the teacher and evaluator, designed for the sole purpose of continuing teacher growth focused on areas identified in the teacher’s observations and/or evaluation. The approved form for the Professional Growth Plan is attached to this agreement as Appendix N. This plan is to be submitted by September 15 of each year.
