Group D Obligor definition

Group D Obligor means any Obligor that is not a Group A Obligor, Group B Obligor or Group C Obligor.
Group D Obligor means any Obligor that is not a Group A Obligor, Group B Obligor or Group C Obligor; provided, that any Obligor (or its parent or majority owner, as applicable, if such Obligor is unrated) that is not rated by both Moody’s and S&P shall be a Group D Obligor.
Group D Obligor means any Obligor that is not a Group A Obligor, Group B Obligor or Group C Obligor; provided, that (i) any Obligor that is not rated by either Moody’s or S&P shall be a Group D Obligor, except as provided by the last sentence of each of “Group A Obligor”, “Group B Obligor”, and “Group C Obligor” and (ii) any Obligor that is a Special Obligor that satisfies the definition of “Group D Obligor” shall be deemed to be a Group D Obligor solely for the purposes of determining the “Concentration Reserve Percentage”.

More Definitions of Group D Obligor

Group D Obligor means an Obligor which is not a Group A Obligor, a Group B Obligor or a Group C Obligor.
Group D Obligor means any Obligor that is not a Group A Obligor, nor a Group B Obligor, nor a Group C Obligor.
Group D Obligor means any Obligor that has an “Obligor Group” of “D” as determined in accordance with the table set forth below the definition of Concentration Limit.
Group D Obligor means any Payment Obligor whose Concentration Limit is determined by reference to category “D” in the definition of “Concentration Limit”.
Group D Obligor means any Obligor that is not a Group A Obligor, Group B Obligor or Group C Obligor. “Indemnified Amounts” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 of this Agreement.
Group D Obligor. Means any Obligor that is not a Group A Obligor, Group B Obligor, Group C Obligor, Special Obligor, Canadian Obligor or an Obligor of Permitted Government Receivables.
Group D Obligor means any Obligor that is not a Group A Obligor, Group B Obligor or Group C Obligor. "Group D Obligor Percentage" means, at any time, for each Group D Obligor: (a) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of the Eligible Receivables of such Group D Obligor less any Excess Concentrations of such Obligor, divided by (b) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time.
